We always speak the truth. What we promise is what we deliver. We only ever make agreements with ourselves and others that we are willing and intend to keep. We communicate potential issues at the first opportunity and we resolve all problems as soon as possible.

We always deliver products and services of exceptional quality that add value wherever we can. We look for ways to do more with less and stay on a path of constant and never ending improvement and innovation.

We speak positively of all fellow team members, clients and Ashmore Built in both public and private. We speak with good purpose using empowering and positive conversation. We never use or listen to sarcasm or gossip. We acknowledge what is being said as true for the speaker at that moment and we take responsibility for responses to our communication. We always apologise for any upsets first and then look for a solution. We only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved.
